1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 234ph Casino (hereinafter referred to as "234ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 234ph Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full, including any amendments or updates we may publish from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 234ph. By creating a 234ph account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 234ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). You represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

234ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents such as a passport, driver's license, national ID (PhilSys), or SSS/GSIS card. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdictional Restrictions

The 234ph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of account creation and during all gaming sessions. Use of the Platform from outside the Philippines, or from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited, is strictly forbidden.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 234ph complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 234ph does not make any representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in all locations.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 234ph, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number or email address, and residential address. You may only register one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether intentionally or inadvertently, are strictly prohibited.

234ph reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to request additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, and residency. You agree to cooperate with all such verification requests promptly. Any account found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be immediately suspended or terminated.

2.4 Account Restrictions

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using a 234ph account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal;
• Persons previously excluded or banned from 234ph or any affiliated gaming platforms;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of 234ph or its affiliates;
• Persons with a history of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of gaming platforms.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Confidentiality of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 234ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Any activity conducted through your 234ph account is deemed to be authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you or by a third party who gained access to your credentials. You agree to notify 234ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Account Monitoring

234ph employs automated and manual systems to monitor account activity for signs of fraud, abuse, collusion, and other prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that exhibits suspicious behavior, engages in prohibited activities, or violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 234ph reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

234ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other approved payment methods as listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposits are typically credited to your 234ph account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and external factors beyond 234ph's control, including bank processing delays or public holidays.

You agree that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of participating in gaming activities on the 234ph Platform. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where 234ph determines, in its sole discretion, that a deposit was made in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the completion of all applicable wagering requirements and identity verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method approved by 234ph.

234ph processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification and compliance checks. 234ph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Before processing your first withdrawal, 234ph may require you to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID, recent utility bill, and screenshots or photos of the payment account used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your withdrawal request and account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

234ph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are subject to monitoring for suspicious activity. You agree not to use the 234ph Platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or the transfer of proceeds from illegal activities. Any account suspected of such activity will be immediately suspended, and relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

234ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods.

By opting into a bonus or promotion, you agree to comply with all applicable terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.

Certain games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots and bingo typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10% or less. Specific contribution rates are published in the terms of each promotion. Bets placed with both bonus funds and real money will be deducted from your real money balance first.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming Policy

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games offered on the 234ph Platform, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent the theoretical payout over an extended period of play.

234ph does not manipulate game outcomes based on player history, account balance, deposit frequency, or any other player-specific factor. Every spin, hand, or round is independent of previous results.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects gameplay, 234ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all stakes placed. Any winnings resulting from a malfunction are invalid and will not be credited to your account. 234ph's liability in such cases is limited to the refund of stakes.

6.3 Bet Limits

Each game category on 234ph has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are published within the game interface before any wager is placed. You agree to respect these limits at all times. Placing bets outside published limits, whether through technical exploitation or any other means, is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of affected bets and suspension of your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 234ph Platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a false identity, or through a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with gameplay;
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or fraud of any kind against 234ph or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently;
• Attempting to launder money or transfer proceeds of illegal activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 234ph staff, support agents, or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

234ph reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detection of prohibited conduct, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close your account;
• Void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with the prohibited activity;
• Withhold and/or confiscate funds in your account balance pending investigation;
• Report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities;
• Pursue civil or criminal legal action where warranted.

234ph's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 11.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Our Commitment

234ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligation to support player welfare seriously.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming unmanageable, or if you are playing to recover losses, spending more than you can afford, or neglecting personal and professional responsibilities due to gambling, we urge you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your 234ph account settings and to seek appropriate support.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all 234ph account holders and can be activated at any time through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum gaming session length after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during active gaming sessions reminding you of time elapsed and amounts wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 1 to 30 days. Reactivation is not available until the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a mandatory minimum period of 6 months.

8.3 Age Verification and Underage Protection

234ph strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age. We deploy age verification measures at the point of registration and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source of deposit, with no payment of winnings.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 234ph Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 234ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 234ph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without 234ph's prior written consent.

The 234ph name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 234ph. You may not use these marks in any manner without 234ph's prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

10.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 234ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, even if 234ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

234ph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

234ph is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of gambling decisions made on the Platform. All gaming activity is conducted at your own risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that 234ph does not guarantee any winnings or returns.

10.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 234ph and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform in a manner not authorized by these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the 234ph Platform, you should first contact 234ph's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavor to resolve your complaint within 5 business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. 234ph will review escalated complaints within 14 business days.

11.3 Jurisdiction

For any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process, you agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

12. Amendments to Terms

234ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 234ph Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

Material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect your rights or financial obligations — will be communicated to registered 234ph account holders via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
